Parenting Skills Workshop
through Playful Parenting
Becoming a parent without remembering that we were once children ourselves can be so challenging. Would you like to take a closer look at both your hidden inner child and your parenting roles?
In this 8-week workshop, participants will embark on a journey toward their inner child and their parenting role.
What’s in my parenting toolkit? What’s missing, what’s too much?
What does playful parenting mean?
What is the importance of play in child development?
Why is it essential to regulate and tolerate emotions, and how can we cultivate these skills?
What can we do to prevent parental burnout?
We will reflect on the relationship parents build with themselves and their children, explore different options, and learn how to strengthen the bond. Alongside psychoeducational content, we will focus on experience through weekly practices, sharing circles, and Q&A sessions.
Let’s meet in this workshop!
The workshop will be led online by Clinical Psychologist Bengü Kovar.
For the sake of group dynamics, continuity is important, so unfortunately, we cannot accept one-time participants.
